Cycle Haven begins with a service inquiry and bicycle intake, followed by a mechanical inspection to identify what needs attention. Urgent repairs are separated from optional maintenance so you can review the scope before work begins.

Our workshop handles safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. When additional work is needed, it is discussed and approved before anything extra is carried out.

After the repair and adjustment stage, every bicycle goes through a quality check and post-service function check. Collection includes a service summary so you can see what was completed and what to monitor next.
